Synopsis

Following the September 11th attacks, the U.S. government forms a secret think tank, commissioning imaginative minds from various fields—including a best-selling thriller author named Alan Ripley, a microbiologist, and a "Prophet" who writes about the Rapture—to dream up the most outrageous and catastrophic terrorist attack scenarios possible. The goal is to create blueprints for terror so the government can develop countermeasures in advance.
