Standard Return Policy
We believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from The Collector Zone Store. In the unlikely event a product is damaged in transit, you can return it with a receipt within 7 days of the date you receive the product from The Collector Zone. The product must be in its original condition/packaging with all of its included parts, accessories, and packaging and we’ll exchange it if we have another or offer a refund based on the payment method. Due to the sensitive nature of the collectibles market, our policy is run as an All Sales are Final. So please be sure to inspect or reach out with any questions before making any purchases.

Defective, damaged, or wrong items
Please report within 7 days of the delivery date in order to be eligible for a return.
How do gift returns work?
Gifts can be returned for an e-gift card (emailed to you). We’ll request your name/email, the purchaser’s name/email, and the items you’re returning, then send a return label.
Exchanges
Exchanges are currently not available, but our simple returns process makes reordering easy.
